Recovery Run - combo jog + walk

67 deg / 84% H / 62 dew pt. Felt pain throughout day in right Psoas and abdominal area, so decided to run this very very easy in recovery mode (would jog about 200 yards or so and then walk 6 steps as this helps lock in a slow recovery pace). Wore tank top as I have very deep abrasions on both lats from the X1 iPhone holder I wear on my arm (and it was either wear a shirt or no music). Felt some pain along right Psoas and that "splitting lower abdominal pain" to start and occasionally at times. Focused on maintaining a steady pace (which I did). It felt humid out and sweated thru shirt and shorts by end.
