Easy Run
Had treatment yest on both hamstrings, back & si joint. Both hamstrings felt like they were overstretched rubber bands. Wore my new Newton Sir Issacs' (old ones were stolen last wk). Focus was on form & quick cadence. Legs felt "less strong" vs Tue (less spring, felt like I was in 3rd gear) & my pace follows a similar pattern where I get faster (except for mi 5? yet after a brief stop I was significantly faster over the last 1/2 mi vs prior runs). Ran this in/around Phillips Pl (mi 1 up by Palm, mi 2 at other end, mi 3 loops of the cinema parking lot, mi 4 & mi 5 looping in cinema parking lot & then out to Fairview & back 3x). Stopped at mi 5, & then resumed & felt like on Tue but ran the mi 5-5.5 segment significantly faster.
