Felt absolutely "dead" on the #1 as if no matter what I did I felt sluggish - I see the same thing on the treadmill where there I feel slow & there is nothing I can do about it. After #1, I was able to get back into rhythm where I ran faster & progressed (still slow but not embarrassingly slow). On the 300m's, I focused more on running these consistent & not trying to push to hard. Accurate splits below:
