Very Easy Run
Dew point has now risen to where it has become oppressive again. The stomach issues appear worse vs mid week as I am dealing again with intensive cramping & my stomach feeling horrific & having to go to the bathroom 4x. I cannot believe I could run this slowly & it is utterly depressing since I did not feel this abysmally slow. I hope there is some excuse. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl as I was afraid I would have to rush to the bathroom but fortunately did not have to.
