Harris Y Trail
Ran about 1.5 miles on the street. Taped Achilles and it held up (yesterday, I felt it "go" - it feels "squishy", and hopefully it was the tape job). Focused on significantly shortening & quickening stride on any portion of run that included an incline (as this would be a greater strain on Achilles). Felt discomfort in right foot (which would go away when I ran in the grass fields, but when I ran on the street or sidewalk I did not feel "greater" discomfort). Did not monitor pace until after mile 4. Pace felt about the same as Fri (8:05) and at points in this run I tried to go slower to get my HR down (again, not sure if these readings are "real").
