6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side (+50m toe offs)
Felt really strong on all of these - and on Garmin these were all within 10 sec/mi of each other - in the 5:30 to 5:40 pace/mi range. Felt super fast on #1, controlled pace on #2 & still felt strong, did same on #3. For the next 3 I cut my stride down & felt really quick running up the hill - these three registered the same as the first three on Garmin but not so when downloading. Accurate splits below:
