Easy Run

Legs felt really heavy & right hamstring felt stressed. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Legs felt extremely heavy, plodding & thought I was running it much slower. Felt like I was running on a beach - felt weak, plodding & in no way strong or swift (ran this 20 sec/mi slower consistently across every split). Ran the first 2+ mi on The Palm side (looping around & then looping around PF Changs & back up (mi 1-2: felt slow, plodding, my veins were carrying lead, terrible), ran down to other side looping in small parking lot looping around cinema back to small parking lot & then out/in entrance (mi 3 - this felt as slow as mi 1-2), looped small parking lot & then into cinema parking lot doing loops over the next 2.4 mi (mi 3 thru 5.4: I purposely attempted to "kick start" to try to get out of this "plodding" feeling where my legs felt heavy, tried to forcibly "recruit my muscle fibers" each loop to go faster & get into a stronger rhythm - it took a while & then began to feel comparatively stronger/swifter but not like I did last week, did finish strong fr mi 5 - 5.4). Stopped to stretch & then ran final ~1k looping twice & then running back up to The Palm (again, I pushed this like last week but ran this 25-30 sec slower/mi & could feel that).
