Easy Run

Ran this in the flatter Triumph's, took prior two days off so decided to run a double. Goal was to run this "under control". Followed same pattern of running the first mile extremely slow (and feeling terrible) & then getting faster yet feeling the same (or worse) - which makes things difficult as it is impossible to gauge pace. Ran this all w/in Phillips Pl. Ran mi 1 looping back & forth up by hotel/Palm (felt slow, did not feel great), looped around hotel/Palm side & then down Fairview right looping small lot & around cinema (mi 2 - felt better), up Fairview left into entrance looped small lot ran out exit to Fairview looped back & around lot & then into cinema parking lot for one loop (mi 3 - this felt slow & I was cognizant of that so at points tried to pick up the pace so I would not lag - yet I was going faster vs expected), looped cinema lot (mi 4 - did not feel great & at mi 4 stopped because my rhythm felt terrible & felt out of synch - this felt like 9 min pace & looked at watch & realized I was running much faster vs perceived which is a good thing). Stopped for 30 sec & then resumed continuing running loops of cinema lot but I felt so much stronger & this felt much easier (felt my form was in a much stronger position) & the pace proved it (ran the last 3 mi similar to the first 3 mi of the tempo run fr last wk).
