Very Easy Run

Legs/body tired fr workout last night + 3rd day of running. Able to keep my HR super low & lowest since past 9-10 months. Ran this very easy controlling pace. Started on Orchard St bridge ran into back neighborhood & then did 4x reverse loops of McBride/Thompson/Benedict/Hawthorne then out on Thompson left on Brookdale up & right on Rt 22 looped gas station (thru mi 2 - this felt slow, felt tired, felt like this was more abt minimum stride length & it was), looped Otis/Harwood/Tompkins left on Rt 22 looped gas station right on Bond left on Harleem 50m looped back right on Bond left around gas station & then another loop of Otis/Harwood/Tompkins left on Rt 22 (mi 3 - felt more fluid at this point), looped around gas station did another loop of Otis/Harwood/Tompkins left on Rt 22 then another right on Bond left on Harleem to train station entrance (mi 3 -3.75). Did legs drills (~40 one legged step-ups high knees + 24 lunges). Resumed & ran down to CVS (to get stuff before they closed) & then down up to Seneca to Brookdale right on Thompson to pedestrian bridge to Elementary School (mi 3.75 to 4.35).
