4 x Hill Sprints - Cameron Valley
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs
On #1 I threw off so much "rust" that you probably could not breathe. Its hard to fathom how I felt on that as I tried to accelerate but it was like there was no gas in the engine. After regrouping I then ran three stronger & crisper & respectable hill sprints (much stronger form & was acclerating). Accurate splits below:
