6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [6:08 Avg]
After running the prior 4.2 mi with the issue that surface with my left Achilles & calf, decided not to change out shoes & run in the Gel Flux4's & run these sprints all "under control" & not fast (targeted 6:00 - 6:15 pace), high cadence & short strides. Messed up watch on #1 and achieved my goal on #2 & #4 thru #6 (high cadence, short stride, felt strong & controlled pace). Accurate splits below:
