Very Easy Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Goal was to run this at very easy pace but focusing on staying in rhythm & quick cadence (short strides). Ran in/around Phillips Pl finishing up the final 1.5 mi in the cinema lot. Ran even splits which is important & I really tried to focus on high cadence & trying to stay in rhythm in miles 3 & 4 where I usually lose rhythm & especially in mi 4 where I seem to slow significantly. Avoided that here & purposely finished stronger.
