Easy Run

Did not feel great or fluid and felt "labored" for the first 2 miles or so - and when I tried to push over the final 2k again felt "labored" where I could not switch gears. Per the metrics - on ea mile I very marginally increased cadence (fr 167 to ending at 169), marginally decreased ground contact time (281/280/277/273) & marginally increased stride length (.98/1/1/1.01). My goal was to run this progressively and hopefully see an improvement vs last week (9:49) which I did. Ran in/around Phillips Pl. Started at Hotel & ran to other side & then did 3x loops of [2x of small lot out & looped RH around Fairview in entrance] = thru mi 2 (felt labored, felt "weighted", legs felt heavy), in entrance into small lot 2x loops out exit & then 2x reverse loops of RH (mi 3 - felt like prior mile & it was), ran 3x reverse loops of RH (mi 4 - focused on finishing strong, felt marginally stronger).
