Started to feel more humid (dew pt went up fr 65 to 71 fr my warmup to this). Switched to perf trainers thinking legs would feel better in lighter shoes but legs did not feel "fast" or "quick". This felt like a struggle and was not in a good frame of mind entering my workout (grass was wet and slow). Accurate splits below (had someone to run up/past on #4 for motivation):
