5 x Hill Sprints - Cameron Valley (5:31 pace/mi avg)
This is the fastest I have run these hill sprints up Cameron Valley in a very long time. And did not feel as strong vs prior weeks. My form was consistent & this is what powered me up the hill (short strides, no overstriding, quick cadence). These all felt exactly how splits were - #1 & #2 felt strong, #3 felt slow, #4 felt like #1 & #2 but my form was really in rhythm. Accurate splits below:
