3 x Strides on (very soggy) HarrisY grass field + 3x Drills
Had to be very careful where I ran these as the fields were soaked and like bogs -- compromised these strides as I had to literally stop on a dime at the end of the artificial turf portion to avoid the bog which was the field (which made me slow down towards the end). Actually felt good/strong on all of these. Did 3 x (20x butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toes offs). Accurate splits:
