Easy Warmup Jog
Shifted workout to Tue (tonite) this week due to travel on Thur. Even though I took yesterday off my legs did not feel "fresh" or "springy" as they did on the three prior Wednesdays (when I took Tue off). Felt a "bit of fatigue" especially early on (usually I feel "springy" after a day off but not today?)?
