Very Easy Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Ran in AM for first time in over a month in nice cooler weather. Ran the first ~2.8 miles running loops around hotel/Palm (ran this as easy as possible, did not feel good, felt "off", tried to focus on quick cadence & short strides - this actually felt much slower for mi 1); ran down to other side looped small lot 2x then looped RH back into small lot 2x out/in entrance into cinema lot for 2 zig-zag loops then back to PF Changs (mi 2.8 - 4.4: had to stop at 3.5 mi as I felt "flat", and after that regrouped & got into a better rhythm & felt more springy).
