Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy yet my HR was high & felt really tired, felt like I was dragging, and this felt much much slower (felt like 10:20 pace & since I ran this faster that is probably a good thing). Stride length is the major performance indicator as my cadence & ground contact time were about the same for ea mile yet my stride length increased fr mi 1 (0.95m) to mi (0.98m) to ~1m for the remainder. Ran this in Phillips Pl starting fr Hotel running down to other side looped RH into small lot for 2x+ loops out & around into cinema lot for 1 zig/zag loop (mi 1 - felt exhausted), then decided to run this in the cinema lot given how exhausted I felt & ran a combination of zig/zag loops and figure 8 loops thru to 4.5 miles. Then stretched, did leg drills, and then looped cinema lot looped around RH & into small lot (grabbed recovery drink) and jogged up to Whole Foods (mi 4.5 to 5.2).
