5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie Blvd (+5x drills)
Was able to accelerate to higher gear on #2 and #4 and these felt faster and they were faster (it was if the rust got blown off on those two). #1 I could not accelerate into a faster gear, then really felt great on #2, tried the same on #3 but just didn't get there, broke thru on #4, and could feel some stress/tiredness on #5. Also did 5x drills that I felt really good (15x running butt kicks + 8x high knees + 11x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
