Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills. Took yesterday off as I felt "broken down" fr Fri's workout. Legs felt "springier". Wore a long sleeve which was a big mistake. Started fr Whole Foods and felt really great (strong) to start. Ran down Sharon to BOA & then back & a loop in the mall parking lot (mi 1), ran down Sharon & looped in church parking lot & then back up and out (mi 2 - slowed down a bit but felt rested & in great rhythm), down Sharon, right on Sulkirk & then right on Park So to Archdale (mi 3 - felt rested, in good rhythm but began to feel "hot", rolled up sleeves but I was really sweating), down Park So & then up to Fairview, left on Park & looped back up to Panera (mi 4 - felt a definite slow down, things were not as easy as they were before), looped around Ruth Chris's & then back to Panera & at this point lost all rhythm & decided to stop (was sweating like crazy, did some hamstring stretches) resumed & ran up Fairview & across street & then down to Carnegie over to Congress & looped up and then back down to Barclay Downs (mi 5 concerned me as this felt faster than 8:41 pace?).
