3 x Strides on HarrisY dirt trail (3 x Drills)
The fields were a soaking mess for the second week (its really amazing and the area was reeking of ammonia from the fertilizer and soggy mess). Did drills in between (14 walking butt kicks + Adductor stretches + 8 high knees + 60 yds of toe offs). Felt much stronger running these but ran under control (felt strong on initial acceleration and strong running. Had people running along the trail that I could run up on which helped. Also noticed on the toe offs that I felt much stronger vs. prior weeks. Hopefully things are starting to "kick in place". Accurate splits below:
