Speed Interval

Goal: 3 x 500m @6:25 pace; 3 x 400m @6:20 pace; 4 x 300m @6:15 pace (200% recovery).

Actual: 3 x 500m @6:23 pace; 3 x 400m @6:18 pace; 4 x 300m @6:12 pace - Overall 6:18 pace.

3 x 500m recorded here as I ran these in the Blade Lights. The first one I ran was the first sub 6:58 pace I've run in 14 weeks. As I ran these it was like I could see the rust shearing off. These felt harder than they should as my body was getting used to running fast. Wanted to run these conservatively as speed intervals like this tends to result in injuries.
