Easy Run

So much for drier weather. An astonishing 68 deg dew pt & 76 deg at 9pm? Fast walked & did drills prior. Treatment fr new Dr may be promising as I felt better (no pain/tugging/tightness to start). Started fr Whole Foods & waited for the protestors to clear the area. Felt better compared to last week, better compared to Tue, but no Mon. Ran out to church (mi 1 - focused on firing my glutes, was sweating right before mi 1 & said to myself that humidity is steadily getting worse -- it is!), ran back on Sharon & into mall parking lot (mi 2 - felt better, felt stronger, this felt the same as mi 1, it wasn't), finished loop in parking lot & then out to Sharon right on Fairview shot over to run loop in lower parking lot (mi 3 - felt good & this felt the same as mi 3), out of parking lot down Fairview & then loop around Zoe's, then another loop but thru BOA, then looped around & to the back of the corporate park (mi 4 - focused on firing glutes, realized I was really sweating, felt this was slower vs mi 4 but not this bad?), ran down to Panera & did series of loops (mi 5 - began to feel tightness in right hamstring/HHT & focused on firing my glutes & moving center of balance back a little), did another loop of Panera & then up and around corporate park out by BOA & up Fairview & stopped at mi 6 (did not lose rhythm which is an improvement & because I was focused on firing my glutes, felt same tightness in right hamstring/HHT which is why I stopped, also was completely soaked in sweat). Did some drills to loosen/stretch out. When I resumed did not feel as great as on Sun but my form felt significantly improved - I could feel myself bounding, did not feel any meaningfull pain/tightness in right hamstring/HHT (did prior days) and could feel my stride "extending" as I felt much better flexibility in hip flexors.
