Fast Walk

Notes

Fast walk for the first 1.1 miles, noticed that in hopping up over the sidewalk that I felt no pain so began to experiment (would jog 2 steps and no pain which was the first time I had no pain going into a jog). So at 1.1 miles began to transition into a jog -- 8 steps fast walk, 10 steps jog (noticed much less pain vs. when I jogged). Extended it to 14 steps and had to hold myself back not to extend it more in mile 2. In mile 3 began extending the jog to ~24 steps (which is was at the pain boundary). Noticed considerable difference in pain when jogging on level surface or downhill (vs. uphill but it hurt less than yesterday). At about 3.5 miles then began to extend the jog portion to about 30 steps. At mile 4 noticed that the pain did not get worse at 30 steps so over the final 7/10ths of a mile extending the jogging to 100m, then 200m, then 250m and then 300m which means I finally have a "break through" in this where I in a couple of days I can begin to run again.
