+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs
Felt like I was 20% off - almost 1 min/mi slower in pace? Did not feel explosive, felt "off" biomechanical ascending up the hill, could not make any adjustment to get back "into gear" (though I tried). Not sure other than one of those days where I could only get into 3rd gear? Accurate splits below:
