4 x Hill Sprints (up hill at community across street fr Elementary School) + 4x Drills
Ran 1, 2 & 4 up the hill at the community across the street fr Beverly Hills Elementary (#3 was up the street). Ran these significantly faster vs last week (did 3 of which last two were 6:1x), felt stronger & felt faster accelerating up the hill. Did 4x drills (15x running butt kicks + 12x high knees + 10x dynamic hamstring stretches). Accurate splits below:
