Easy Run

53 deg. I started, went 10 seconds and then stopped as the pain in my left quad was extreme. Started to walk back home. Stopped, and then tried again but this time concentrated on short/quick strides and found I could tolerate this but it still hurt a little. Noticed that after about 5 min the pain was getting worse, and as time went on the pain lessened. Also did not notice at the time but realized 1 mile in is that there was no pain in right Psoas/right Adductor. I felt best the first three miles and this was mostly downhill so one would expect faster splits. The backend happened to faster but this felt slower but did not have the "fatigue" feeling 30-45 min in that I have had in other runs. Did noticed that over the last 2.5 miles I felt better and stronger fr a bio-mechanical sense (and my perceived pace felt the same),
