Legs felt fine in preparation for upcoming Fast Set. Pressed for time so the first 1/4 mile was up a 70' hill (normally I would have walked up half of it) and this accounts for the high AHR and MHR which was recorded right in that beginning segment. Achieved same pace throughout & the perceived effort was easy (slowing up at various points).
