5 x Strides in Phillips Pl Cinema lot (+7x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Ran these strides at about 80% & was purposely running these as relaxed as possible with short strides & an efficient form. Ran #1 running fr far end towards entrance (good rhythm(, #2 ran fr entrance to far end & uneven surface & breeze disturbed rhythm so decided to run #3 thru #5 in same direction as #1. All except #2 felt smooth. Accurate splits below:
