Injury Recovery Run

Fast walked 2 mi prior (no tightness in lower right hamstring). Stretched/drills. Started fr Whole Foods running up Ashley right on Sharon crossing Morrison looping around Walgreens up to Colony (mi 1 - felt surprisingly good, in rhythm & zero tightness/pain/niggle in lower right hamstring), continued up Sharon & hung a left into Inspire far lot left & right to Barnes Noble left by Earth Fare & then back to far lot of Insipire (mi 2 - at around 1.75 mi began to feel more of a struggle where I had to really focus on maintaining rhythm) did another loop but then right & right by Firebirds right & left & left past Earth Fare over to Barnes Noble & over to parking lot on other side (mi 3 - really began to struggle as the furthest I have run was 1k straight in almost one week - sweating like crazy, felt this was significantly slower but fortunately it was not). Stretched, walked around, no right hamstring tightness. Resumed running past Earth Fare right & right onto Sharon crossed Colony looped around Walgreens crossed Sharon left on Fairview up to Allen Tate ran loops around to finish (mi 3 thru 4.25: this felt like a struggle at times where I would lost rhythm & hope I could finish. Surprised I was able to finish this strong as it felt slower).
