6 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie + 6 x drills
Took off a week fr hill sprints last week. Ran 1, 4 & 6 on the near side up Carnegie & 2,3, 5 on the far side. Felt really strong/quick on #1 (could really feel my hamstrings fire) & glided up the hill. Felt the same exact way on #6. #2, #3 & #4 felt like my form deteriorated in a small marginal way as I felt like I was 5% to 8% "off" vs. #1/6 and did not feel as quick/strong (+ my watch records avg moving pace on sprints so I saw 5:47/5:57/5:55 and was running to that effort not realizing that actual "pace" is about 10-20 sec slower. Felt like I laid an egg on #5. Accurate splits below:
