Recovery Run
fast walked & did drills b4hand. Its Dec 30 and these are summer/tropical dew pts! Extremely wet and had to avoid sidewalks in a number of areas due to flooding. Wanted to run workout today but after 16 hour travel nightmare yesterday I felt so tired/sore just decided to run very easy for an hour. (noon flight out of LaGuardia cancelled after 3 hours of delays, all flights to Charlotte cancelled, they wouldn't let me on a Greensboro flight departing at 3:40, so waited almost 3 hrs for the next Greensboro flight, which after we closed the door was cancelled, then re-routed to Raleigh, and then rented a car & drove the uncomfortable 3 hrs to Charlotte). Controlled pace throughout to avoid speeding up, got bored over the first 3 miles, feet felt better than yesterday when they started to really hurt at times (especially seismoid under left big toe).
