Both feet felt better today which is important as they are healing/recovering over night (not completely though). Fast walked & did drills prior. Started out and felt fatigue in my legs almost from the onset from yesterday's long run (still not recovering the following day after a long run). Ran down to Sulkirk, a lap around and then down Old Reid and up Park South fr Park (like last week, mile 2 is where I seemed to "zone out" since mile 3 had a significant hill climb). Ran down Park South (felt good), left on Fairview to Park and looped back, at about 4.4 miles I really began to feel serious fatigue & was soaked in sweat (even though it was cooler the humidity felt high which at 81% it was). Ran up back to Whole Foods. Feet did not hurt in any way compared to yesterday during the run. Post-run left foot hurt more.
