4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley in front of Post Pk (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe-offs)
I felt really "stressed" on all of these - felt it "deep in my core" from the heat. Tried to relax on all. Felt the best on #1 but after that I did not have much left. Accurate splits below:
