5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)

Ran #1, #2 & #5 up the near hill on Carnegie & #3 & #4 up the steeper far hill. Similar to the prior run, felt stiff & had zero rhythm on #1 & #2, but then regained rhythm after that (ran faster on 3 & 4 up the steeper hill running quicker vs the first two). Cut my stride length, increased my cadence & got "spring" as #3 thru #5 felt progressively easier (almost "gliding"). Felt crisp on #5. Accurate splits below...
