6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley
Felt really good on these thru the first four and then it was like I was wearing cement shoes as I felt like I could not accelerate faster any more. The first three felt great and on the 3rd one it really "clicked" (was able to really accelerate and felt very powerful). Also did 6x 50 yds of toe offs. Accurate splits below:
