4 x Strides along HarrisY indoor track

Hard to do these where the straightaways are 35 yds and you need to deccelerate around the 90 degree turns and then accelerate again on the next straightway to get ~70 yds in. Also did 2x drills (butt kicks & high knees) and 4 x paw backs on jogging in between strides.
