Easy Run

Hard to fathom how I could this so slowly? Took Sun off as a precaution as my left calf does not feel right (upper lateral) & foot hurts (feels like I sprained bottom of my foot). After this run It feels almost as if my left foot has gone "lame" & perhaps that is what slowed me down so badly. This was an extremely hilly run with a number of steep hills.

Started fr Whole Foods in White Plains & ran up Bloomingdate Rd (very steep hill to Mamaroneck Ave) left on Bryant & then up a long steep hill (mi 1 - hard to fathom how slow this was & my legs felt like spaghetti trying to run up these hills), continued up the hill on Bryant then crested then down a very steep hill right onto North St. up a moderate hill veered left into White Plains HS then back onto Fisher (mi 2 - mostly uphill & legs still felt terrible), now down Fisher right on Ridgeway down a steep hill & then up a longer steep hill eventually to the top & right on Mamaroneck Ave (mi 3 - the ascent up the steep hills took so much out of my legs, felt terrible), now downhill down Mamaroneck Ave & looped 4x around the Our Lady of Sorrows School parking lot (mi 4 - legs were dead & this should have been much faster since it was all downhill), looped one more time around Church & then down Mamaroneck Ave past Gedney past Bryant to yielded right where Bloomingdate stats (mi 5 - felt like I was slowing down, losing rhythm, yet this was all downhill & should have been much faster), ran down Bloomingdate (extremely steep decline) to Maple (mi 5 thru 5.5).
