5 x Hill Sprints - 4x up Seneca fr Brookdale & 1x up Seneca fr Rt 22 + 50m toe offs [6:03 pace Avg]
Given that I have was nursing that right Adductor issue last weekend & this week, I put off running Hills Springs earlier in the week & pushed this into today (and not running a workout). I ran these conservatively with more of a focus on form (small quick strides) & not trying to run too fast. Felt good on #1 and felt the best on #4 and the pace reflected that. Accurate splits below:
#1: 5:58 pace
#2: 6:18 pace
#3: 6:07 pace
#4: 5:45 pace
#5: 6:09 pace
