4 x Strides on HarrisY Field
As I was jogging to the field the Artic front that was predicted to start coming thru Charlotte began to make its presence as the wind and gusts started to pick up (the flags were "straight" flying in front of the Y). As I started my first stride I was running into a "wall of wind" and felt like I was going backwards. I could not feel any speed, so adjusted my route. I could also feel some residual soreness in my legs (which makes sense since I ran hill sprints yesterday) so went easier. But legs did not feel quick. Accurate splits below:
