Easy Run

Drove down to Myers Park to run this up/down Selwyn (decided at last min to run tonite vs tomorrow when it may be rainy). 2nd back-to-back coming back fr right hamstring injury. Started out fr Harris Teeter on corner or Providence & Selwyn running down Providence crossed at Oxford to other side running up then left on Selwyn crossed Sharon & ran 1/2 loop in oval at Queens U (felt "flat" & "rubbery-legged" especially over the first 1/2 mi - felt really slow & "forced" & no rhythm), ran out to Sharon right & then right back on Selwyn past Queens right on Sterling (mi 2 - felt in rhythm & things felt easier & fluid, form felt good & maintained this form almost to end), hung first right & then right up Queens right on Selwyn up hill crossed over down past Colony & looped around in first parking lot & back up Selwyn past Selwyn Pub (mi 3 - form felt good but had to slow down to around telephone poles in middle of sidewalk), continued down Selwyn crossed over & hung left into oval at Queens U (mi 4), looped back on Selwyn then right on Oxford left on Providence up & left on Selwyn looped around in far Church lot (mi 5 - really had to focus on maintaining rhythm & at times felt "rubbery legged" & tried to soldier thru), finished back at Harris Teeter (final 1/2 mi).
