Very Easy Run
Legs and body felt really tired after yesterday's workout. This felt like 10:15 pace and since the first mile was that, the rest actually felt like the first mile - this felt like a struggle, felt tired & weak in my core, did not feel a lot of "spring" in my step - actually surprised & shocked at the pace I ran given how I felt (plus I ran this really even paced after mi 1). Started at hotel & ran down to other side looped RH in entrance into small lot 2x+ loops out/around & into cinema lot for 1/2 loop (mi 1 - felt tired), then did 1/2 loop & 4x zig/zag loops (mi 2 - this felt exactly like mi 1, felt sluggish, shocked I ran this 30 sec/mi faster), ran 1 zig/zag & 4x figure 8 loops (mi 3 - grinded on this mi & this felt just like mi 2), decided to run 3x+ figure 8 loops then thru & around RH & back in entrance to finish (mi 3 - 3.9).
