Fast Walk

Notes

So that I could run pain free -- had to warmup via fast walk, and then cool down fast walk. Did not want to risk any jogging on warmup and then having pain when I did my run. And did not want to deal with any pain if I attempted to jog cooling down since that could make things worse.
