Fast Walk
Lifted, stretched and rolled beforehand. Did not feel any meaningful pain or tightness in Adductor. I think the difference in pace between today (12:50 p mile) and yesterday (12:15) is that today there was significantly less straight line and I guess that makes a huge difference.
