5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (+5x dynamic stretches + 50m toe offs)
This is steeper hill vs. last week. It took me two of these before I felt in "synch/rhythm" & when I did I felt I was gliding up the hill vs. fighting the hill. #1 felt like a dud & #2 felt incrementally better. And then something clicked on #3 and #4 as I felt stronger & swifter. On #5 I felt fatigue set in & this was more fighting vs gliding up the hill. Accurate splits below:
