Easy Run
Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Started out at Whole Foods & ran this over to Cameron Valley to run hill sprints. Felt much more biomechanically efficient running in the flatter Triumph's (this felt significantly more easier vs. yesterday). Ran up Ashley left on Sharon into church for two long loops then out & right on Sharon to Fairview (mi 1-2 focused on form in terms of planting at center of gravity & paw back & felt "stronger" - for the 2nd day rather than feeling "dead" after 200m, I felt like my heart rate went up over 200 & my heart was going to punch out of my chest -- and only felt like this for years whenever I started a run or workout -- have not had that feeling), ran down Fairview & into corp park where Zoe's is looping around to BOA & then ran this in reverse & then thru the corp park out to Fairview (mi 3 - this was a net downhill so I have no idea how I could slow down this badly?), ran 2 loops around Panera/Ruth Chris & then up Fairview to Sharon (mi 5 - focused on form again & I guess that is why my pace improved which would be dramatic since this was all uphill?), ran over to Coltsgate & then down to Cameron Valley (final .95 mi).
