4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley
Calling these hill "sprints" is using the term loosely. The goal was to run up a hill for 10-12 seconds at a faster then "easy pace" and hopefully not feel pain. These were the first hill sprints attempted in 8 weeks. The first two felt very different in terms of trying to spring and also focusing on firing my glutes. I was able to actually "sprint" the last two but I never really "sprinted" in the "sprint" sense. On #2 and #3 felt pain along left Psoas including the jogging in between, then realized it was the keys I had tied onto my drawstring of my shorts -- when I put my keys in the my pocket the "pain" disappeared!
