5 x Hill Sprints Cameron Valley (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Felt like some "starch" was taken away fr my legs - did not feel 100% for whatever reason (perhaps yesterday's run)? Felt like I could not get into 5th gear & I was a tweak or adjustment away but could not figure out what that could be (felt "biomechanically dull"). Finally able to power up the hill on the last two <6min/mi pace. Accurate splits below:
