Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Started out fr HarrisY and when I started could feel immediate fatigue as well as "heavy legs". Ran loops around parking lot (mi 1), then onto dirt trail thru 2.3 mi (I felt like I wanted to stop, it seemed like I had to exert more of an effort than normal just to maintain a pace), ran loops (up/down) of parking lot for mi 3 (it felt a little easier on the asphalt getting a "bounce" off the surface) continued & then ran across the street to Elementary School to track in back (mi 4 - started to almost feel tired in mi 4 more fr tatigue/heavy legs), ran 3/4 mi around 220 yd track & then back to HarrisY parking lot & a loop to finish (can't understand how I slowed so much in mi 5 since I actually felt better but over the past 2 miles or so I could feel that deep dull ache/tightness in right hamstring that I have not felt in 2-3 weeks?)?
